These terms govern the relationship between VVS Finance Ltd trading as RJStamford ("the Broker") and customers ("the Client") regarding luxury car finance arrangement services.

Regulatory Information

VVS Finance Ltd t/a RJStamford is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under registration number 986030. We adhere to FCA regulatory guidelines and maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Services Provided

The Broker operates as an intermediary between clients and a panel of funders to arrange luxury car finance. We will use our best efforts to secure competitive finance options tailored to the Client's requirements.

Commissions

The Broker introduces clients to a limited number of lenders without providing advice or a personal recommendation.
No service fees are charged to clients.
Commission is received from lenders, structured as either fixed fees or percentage-based amounts.
Commission varies based on the introduction method, the lender selected, and the finance product chosen.
A portion of commission may be passed to a referring motor retailer.
Commission amounts and the Client's credit profile can affect the interest rate charged.
Lender selection prioritises the best interest rate suitable for the Client's credit profile, not commission maximisation.
Commission amounts are confirmed in writing and require the Client's acknowledgement, via a signed document, before any arrangement is activated.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information for finance arrangement purposes, and are responsible for reviewing and understanding all finance agreement terms before signing.
